In Bouznika Bay, this pretty furnished villa is situated in a beautiful closed and very quiet residence with security 24/7, playing fields, many green spaces very well held as well as a magnificent golf course 9 holes. 2 mn walk from a long beach of about 5 km, it benefits from an excellent location because it gives directly onto the golf and onto the river of 30m of wide fed with the sea water.
On 2 levels ( R+1), the villa of Andalusian style is charming and spacious with a harmonious decoration. The residence is not overloaded with world all year long and especially from September till June.
The area is popular with golf enthusiasts. Activities such as swimming, horse riding, cycling, walking, jogging and fishing can be enjoyed in the surrounding area. The site is 35 km from Rabat, 55 km from Casablanca. In addition to the local shops on the premises and in the town of Bouznika, you have 2 Hypermarkets nearby at 20 and 35 km respectively. The closest Rabat-Salé airport is 45 km from the establishment and that of Casablanca-Nouaceur about 70 km
