Breakfast was good good variety food. Room is clean. Toilet and bathroom not very neat. There is a smell in toilet. Good location. Staff were friendly.
Can't complain for the price bad smell in washroom
The hotel in itself was average, can't really complain for the price. But there was a bad smell in the toilet and kitchen sink, probably just bad drainage. We took the 1BR on the second floor. Reasonably spacious. Kitchen utensils were bad, only the kettle was in decent shape.
Location wise, good restaurants (and a few bars) in about 15 minute walking distance. Easy to get a Tuk.

I liked service provided however did not like when they refused to refund me for checling out a day early inspite of me telling in advance reply was expedia would help hotel refused expedia same with free breakfast advertiswment will not stay here henceforth also rooms felt claustrophobic with no windows

i had called thrice prior to booking the hotel regarding facilities. we wanted a fully equipped kitchen and it was advertised as a full kitchen. the hotel representative assured us of the same if we booked suite. we were also assured an extra cot with mattress if we pay a daily surcharge.
i booked a suite and paid the daily surcharge. there was nothing in kitchen but 2 plates, a spoon and a small induction/electric heater with no vessels etc.
i was given a floor mattress
even on daily request we did not get anything in kitchen to cook or even boil milk for our young children,making it practically useless and i slept on the floor all days
room was smelly
the hotel staff could have have informed me when i called 3 times honestly about the realistic situation and i would have booked in some other place
when we checked out the staff member profusely apologized but we had finished our stay then
Watch out for reversed cold and hot water connections. For a peaceful night of sleep, take time to learn all remotes...ask for a demonstration before tipping hotel staff.
