Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
Bathroom was stinking when we entered. Toilet seat would stand up. Toilet roll not given even after calling the reception. Delayed delivery of coffee orders. Room had no windows and was adjacent to a conference hall which had a big noise leak from the event.
