Very bad service

Place is ok with a little paint could be really nice but staff really unhelpful asked for toilet paper they don't supply toilet paper they offered me table napkins I understand some people don't use paper but they should still supply it They tried to change me for water at the end of the stay i just remindid them about the paper and refused to pay
