Our traditional, detached Grade II listed Cotswold stone home has parking for 2 cars and is a 5 min walk to Bourton-On-The-Water village centre. There are country walks right on the doorstep too. Complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay....Spacious lounge with heated stone flooring and log burner. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, 2 lovely cosy bedrooms - 1 King & 1 Double with luxury bedding. Dining area for 4 guests. Spacious courtyard garden with BBQ & fire pit.

LOCATION
Yew Tree Cottage is in picturesque Bourton-On-The-Water, right in the heart of the Cotswolds. A perfect base for exploring the surrounding areas in this AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty).
We are right next to footpaths into the surrounding countryside but under 5 mins level walk into the village.

There's a fab Co-Op close by with a range of lovely local produce. (There are EV chargers available at co-op too.)

THE COTTAGE
Our beautiful cottage has an open plan ground floor with areas for Dining, a cosy snug with a window seat and sofa by the log burner and a TV area with further seating for 4. (Samsung 4k smart TV with apps)
The dining table has plenty of room for a proper Sunday roast or a take-away with friends.

KITCHEN
The full size, fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to make meal time a special occasion. Dual multi-function ovens and a slow cooker too. Gas hob, separate fridge and freezer and the all-important dishwasher!

At breakfast time, pull up a stool at the breakfast bar. There's a toaster, kettle, Bean-To-Cup coffee maker and even a waffle maker! It's our favourite room and we hope you'll love using it too! All the utensils and crockery, cutlery, glasses, mugs and cookware are provided.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOM
Upstairs you'll find 2 cosy double bedrooms. One King and 1 double.

High quality, soft and comfy bedding as standard! There's bedside lighting and USB charging points and plenty of storage and hanging space too. All bedding come with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries.

The bathroom is equipped with a power shower over the full length bath, a heated towel rail, sink and W/C.

Please note, as this is a traditional Cotswold cottage, there are some low beams and steep stairs, so please be careful.

OUTSIDE
The private and fully enclosed walled garden has plenty of space for sun-downers and outdoor dining and is South facing - giving you maximum chance to catch some rays!

There is room for 2 cars to park comfortably.

A table and chairs, a gas BBQ and charcoal grill are provided too and then light up the fire pit and watch the stars come out!

Note: there is a raised fish pond in the garden.

OTHER
Cot & high chair are available if requested for additional £15 per item or £25 for both. (Please note, no linen is supplied with the travel cot).

Please note that no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property.

CHECK IN
Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the cottage sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before.

CHECK OUT
Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
