Sleeping 14 in the main venue across multiple bedrooms (including a ground floor master ensuite bedroom) and with extra capacity for three additional guests (vanity room conversion to bedroom).

We politely ask all guests to respect our neighbours and vacate the garden and hot tub by 10pm; these facilities are for enjoyment during the day.
After 10pm, guests may enjoy the bar, karaoke room and main venue where noise doesn't travel. Guests who do not comply will lose Cautionary Deposit.
