From the moment we arrived, everything was immaculate. The staff across all departments—lobby, reception, restaurant, security, and housekeeping—were exceptional. They surprised her with beautiful flowers and even upgraded our room, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The hotel itself is luxurious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a peaceful retreat. However, one minor downside is its location—it is close to the airport but quite far from the city center, with no major shopping areas nearby. Traveling to historical sites and main attractions in Delhi can be time-consuming. It would be the icing on the cake if the hotel provided a free shuttle service for sightseeing, making it more convenient for guests who wish to explore the city. Terribly disappointed with the attitude at the front desk , I am an Elite member of Expedia and had booked on the site for one night stay Indian Rupees 37170.00 with airport shuttle , I was told there was no transfer available for me and the front desk harassed me about the room stating it was incorrect . I have never been harassed at any hotel by any staff member as I was at the JW Marriott Aero City , almost all my hotel stays in all countries have run smoothly and are very satisfying . I need an explanation from your end . Please attend to the matter
