The actual hotel was very nice. Room was small but very clean. The hotel itself looked like a place you take your lady friend for an hour. It's on one of the main highways in and out of the Ruby Falls area and it was extremely noisey. I really loved hearing a huge biker club going up the mountain at 3 am (sarcasim). The walls were extremely thin so you could hear EVERYTHING going on in the next rooms. Pictures were Extremely misleading. They charged $100 for a "cleaning fee" for 2 days we were there and we cleaned thoroughly as requested. Renter beware. If you want quiet you won't find it here.

Will stay again

I appreciate the timely responses from the owners, the cleanliness and location of the unit. The unit was minutes from Ruby Falls and the downtown area. I did not like the sound of the traffic in the early morning hours as the unit was on a highway type street. That disturbed my sleep. Also, I would’ve liked for the bathroom/shower to be a little bigger. There wasn’t much turn around room in the shower! Overall, it was a great unit and I’ll stay again, with ear plugs.

Love this place! The room is cozy and has everything you need. We loved that it was conveniently located (be warned that there is a lot of road noise, but the a/c fan drowned that out mostly). Icing on the cake for us was the coffee supplies, big smart tv, and cornhole in the backyard! We had a great stay and will definitely return next time we are in town.

Property was convenient to a lot of places we wanted to visit. The fact that the property is off a major road was a bit noisy. The place itself was clean and cozy but the ac/heating unit was very loud. I think that property management needs to address this as well as the window blinds on the front provided zero privacy. They need to be replaced with ones that fit the window opening. Aside from those two things the place was comfortable.

There isn’t anything negative I can say about my stay. Just be aware there can be heavy traffic at times which can be heard from the room. However, it was nothing my noise machine couldn’t cancel out. I’d definitely stay again if I was in the area.

Great miuntain place!

It is a cute little cabin on the side of the mountain, perfect for a couple or solo retreat. It's a great location just outside of downtown chattanooga, where you're close to the city but also out in the woods. Would definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay here! The room was charming, and everything was clean and organized. The bed was very comfy! The only downside was hearing so much noise from outside, and the parking lot was a little rough around the edge by the road. Overall great stay and I would recommend it.

Very clean, quaint but with all modern amenities, and an exceptionally polite staff. The property is centrally located to all of Chattanooga, but nicely off the beaten path on scenic lookout mountain. I would definitely stay again, and I highly recommend.

It was very clean and comfortable. The biggest draw back was the road noise, its right on main highway to Ruby Falls, lookout mountian and Rock City so very busy. The bathroom is really small. There was nowhere to sit any toiletries so mine stayed in my cosmetic bag on the floor. I did suggest that a small shelf/table be put in between the shower and the sink. Also a full length mirror in the bath would be nice.

Book one of their larger rooms

I would book a room with more space if I had a do over. Not much room for luggage or anything else. No hangers or closet space. Bathroom shelves were over the toilet so really not usable. Would suggest they put a sconce light beside the bed because there is no lamp and mini table. Only one stool but really no place to sit and watch tv except on the bed. They must only provide outside chairs during certain seasons. Customer service was responsive.
