I travel at least once monthly to Chattanooga for work and have stayed many places. This is the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at over the past couple of years. I stayed in a suite and it was nearly perfect for the week-long stay. Unfortunately, the bed was more firm than I like. With my back injury, I was only able to tolerate it until 3 to 4am. However, that’s my personal need. Other than this, I was very disappointed that the room key wasn’t integrated into their app. Like I said, disappointing for what felt like a higher-end hotel otherwise. The nightly buffet and welcoming atmosphere was a plus. Change the beds and I’ll be back! For now, I’ve already booked another hotel for next month.

Everything was wonderful. The service, the cleanliness, the functionality of the room. This hotel is more pricey than I normally book, but since they provide dinner and breakfast we actually saved money by not going to a restaurant. It was a wonderful experience, from the availability and good shape of the luggage carts to the very generous variety of food for dinner and breakfast.

I have heard good things about Drury Plaza Hotels, but I have never stayed at one. But I thought, it’s only one night, no big deal. What I wasn’t expecting was to be impressed! Very clean hotel, friendly staff, a free social hour with buffet and breakfast in the morning. I would definitely go back.
