Overlooking the valley less than 5 minutes from Châtellerault, it offers stunning sunsets and open views.



Upon arrival, discover an open-plan kitchen equipped with a coffee machine and a counter dining area—ideal for breakfast or a cozy dinner.



The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, vanity, and wall-mounted toilet.



The bedroom, accessed by a spiral staircase about 60 cm wide, immerses you in the dovecote’s history with preserved stone pigeon niches. Air conditioning and heating ensure comfort year-round. Enjoy panoramic valley views.
