This spacious and bright 75m² duplex is ideal for six people. The apartment is located on Cours du Maréchal Juin on the 2nd floor of a secure building with an elevator.

On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a toilet, and a living room with a lounge area, dining area, and open-plan kitchen.

Upstairs, you will find:
- a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a flat-screen TV
- a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm)
- a third bedroom with two single beds (90cm). There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
