I thought the hotel would have a Herron loss of power happens. I stayed because of my job and not be without power. I had to take a cold shower when o got in from work. I was cold that night. I thought they would reimburse some money back but that didn’t happen. I called for two days trying to reach a manager and never got a call back. That was the only bad thing I can say happened.

The staff support was almost non existent. All of the trash in the lobby and breakfast area was overflowing. When we arrived around five there was no regular coffee. The decafe was cold and not drinkable. The hot water for tea was cold. At breakfast the two working didn't know how to run the pancake machine and it was poorly supplied with spoons, knives and forks. The room was okay.

There was only one very young staff member overnight for the entire hotel and no security guard. The people in the room above us were so loud and we couldn’t sleep. No matter how many times the staff called the room and asked them to stop, it didn’t and it even got worse. It went on until after 3am. Then before 7am the fire alarm started to go off without any explanation. Breakfast was not good, the toaster was broken and so was the pancake maker. The eggs were watery, the coffee had grounds in it, and the trash cans were all filled to the brim so there was trash everywhere. I haven’t experienced anything like this at any other hotel stay.
