Disliked: Cleanliness
Overall horrific experience. We stayed at the end of November, where the outside temp was in the 30s/40s, and the heat didn’t work. The internal temp of the house was 54 degrees. We had our infant with us and the host did not care or make any attempt to fix the heat or accommodate. The place was also very dirty/ not as pictured. The beds were filled with human/pet hair and clearly were not washed from previous guests. Floors were also filthy. We left early due to the uninhabitable conditions and the host is refusing to refund our stay.
