Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1) Please place all wet towels in the washer located in the laundry room. 2) Wash any used kitchen utensils and leave them in the dishwasher. 3) Empty fridge and Dispose of your trash in the garbage.
4) Turn off all the lights in the house. 5) Close the garage door securely. 6) Lock the entrance to the garage from inside the house. 7) Lock the front door using the smart lock.
8) Finally, verify that the front door is properly locked before leaving. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. I hope you had a wonderful experience, and safe travels!

House was very clean and great location . The only thing I would suggest is some toiletries such as shampoo and soap so travelers don’t have to think about packing those things for short trips. Overall a great stay though- thank you! :)

Banana Ball Trip

The house was nice and very new in a good suburban neighborhood. It was 20-25 minutes from Bank of America Stadium and uptown Charlotte. The host was very responsive to my messages. We had a little trouble with the smart lock (just enter your code). The furniture was great and new, especially the couch. It was a great place to stay!

Came up to Charlotte for just the night! Home was only 25 minutes from the amp Ballantyne! The beds were super comfortable! Owners provided coffee which was much appreciated for the morning! Check in process was smooth and everything was very clean! Would definitely recommend ! Thank you!
