Although there was some initial confusion about where my luggage would be held before check-in, everything else was absolutely perfect for my first stay at this property and my vacation in Charlotte, NC. The front desk staff, spa team, restaurant workers, and the room were all exceptional. I’ll definitely be returning!

Great location with comfy beds. Standard rooms are small and tvs do not support streaming from your phone. A JW should have better tech. A smoke alarm went off late a night with instructions to evacuate, but it cut off so fast it was clear it was a false alarm. Unfortunately, not all guests came to the same conclusion and footsteps in the stairwell kept me up for the next 45 minutes. Final complaint, room did not have any replacement rolls of toilet paper.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable rooms, beautifully decorated, great coffee shop and friendly staff. Location is amazing for uptown location. Highly recommended. Tip: let hotel valet park your car, it is cheaper than self park and much more convenient.
