Stayed on the trip home. Hotel is under construction so some features weren’t working. TVs didn’t have functional remotes, no phones in rooms, outlets non functional. Breakfast and reception staff were great. Location was great

DO NOT STAY HERE! The hotel has an old look inside and out. The bathroom was disgusting and had the dispensers taped on the shower wall with blue tape. The room barely has lighting except opening a window and the lamp. The room also has no phone to contact the front desk. You could request something and nothing would be brought to you. Limited parking due to construction. There were constant loud baby banging due to construction early in the morning. Spend your money elsewhere.

Check in was good. We were advised of renovations. Our room was not very clean. Shower had dirty grout. There was a used bar of soap in the shower. No hot water. Had to find the number online to call the hotel. No phone in the room. No information in the room to call the hotel. We were advised to wait at least 5 minutes before turning the water back on. She said she would check the boiler. Eventually had hot water.

This is a rundown Hyatt, not what you would expect from the brand. Room was dirty with snot on the walls near the bed, bed sheets were dirty, trash bags all over the hallways, boxes piled on the hallway A/C, breakfast was poor with no fruits except oranges and a limited offering compared to other Hyatts. On the other hand the staff service was good.
