This hotel was an excellent choice. The The valet parking attendant, front desk clerk, housekeeping, and restaurant waiter were all very courteous and professional. The hotel was beautiful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. This hotel is within walking distance of several sites. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here whenever I'm in Charlotte.

The representatives at check in were excellent! Very smooth check in because there was four reps there and no waiting. The first room was a suite room and there was a lot of noise from the other side of the door so I asked for another room and Trey, at check in, immediately fixed the problem and even gave me a nicer room. Not to mention how smiley and friendly he was also. The room was very clean and had a lovely view of the courtyard below. The hotel is beautiful and located very centrally . Outstanding decor and a nice restaurant on site. Shopping and restaurants within easy walk. Also beautiful parks nearby and an information kiosk with maps and souvenirs. Very nice stay.

The rooms are clean. The staff is attentive. Parking can be tricky. The only negative comment I have is the toilet does not flush properly. It was necessary to flush 2 -3 times to empty waste.
