The picture in the app is misleading

The pictures, particularly the main picture of the building, do not match the actual building. The picture in the app is of an attractive building. The real building just looks old. From the picture in the app, one might believe that the hotel is relatively new. The reality is that this hotel is shabby and has seen better days.

The staff and service was very disappointing. People at the front desk were not friendly, did not even give eye contact and were extremely short with speaking. The cleaning staff came in while I was indecent, without saying why she was coming in. It’s a very below average stay with dingy lighting, poor communication and a small space. But you get what you pay for.

Walking in to check in this hotel looked out dated and there was trash outside on the property grounds. Then we saw everyone else being handed complimentary bags with some waters and snacks be we received nothing. We had to ask for it. Then they had us on the 6th floor and had two elevators but only one functioning, which took about 20 minutes to open. Overall will not be back to this establishment.
