The room was clean and nice. The air conditioner was just a little loud. Breakfast was great and so are the staff. I just hated I was forced to used valet parking and it cost $50 for 1 night and I didn’t ask for my car till we left so not extra trips were requested. Just wish I had the option for cheaper parking.

Excellent place to stay for vacation or business. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed it very much! Front desk staff were very friendly and greeted us each time we came through the doors. Very clean and great centralized location. Would definitely stay here again.

Valet was $57 for one night. Check in was easy. The room itself was clean and smelled good. The worst thing was the ac/heater sounded like a truck it was so loud. The sink did not drain, which is gross. The pillows are too small. Probably won’t stay here again.

Very courteous staff to welcome us at the counter. Some grime in the corners of our bathroom and an overall "wearing out " of the general state of the condition of our room. Good breakfast options and the morning staff were really hustling to make things right and to replenish food. Overall nice stay.

The property was a little dirtier than I expected. The floor was coming apart in the elevator, and there were several patched, unpainted places in our room. The lobby smelled like weed when we returned from our event. There was dirt around the shower, and it smelled like they had sprayed to try and mask a smell .

Completely keeping them in my list for stays in Charlotte!! Staff was amazing! Food at the bar was great and the drink worth it if you don’t want to go out. Rooms stayed clean and can’t forget the beautiful view!!!

They had us booked for a regular room and a suite, I paid for two suites. Our party was split up on different floors. Restaurant had a very limited menu. Valet system is a disaster. Rooms are outdated, mold in grout in bathrooms. I would not pay more than a hundred for a suite-which is what we stayed in. The location was near spectrum stadium-which is what we wanted. Not a great experience. Front desk was not great.

Beautiful, clean room on upper floor with a skyline view. Very comfortable bed. Two downfalls, however, are the limited area to walk our dog and there were no usb charging stations in the room. Despite these minor inconveniences, I would stay there again if I ever need to return to Charlotte.
