This hotel is very close to CLT airport so this is the main reason we stay here. Clean, simple, staff ok. Great price. It needs some updating because some armchairs have huge stains, the ceiling's painting is peeling and the WC is not fixed to the floor so it needs some repairs.

Door to room would not shut from inside. Had to put a rope around handle to pull outside handle down to close door inside. The rub was literally flaking off paint. The celing looks like it has been repaired multiple times due to a leaky roof. Room smelled like stale cigarettes and beef. Wanted to stay longer as my kid got sick and they would not help at front desk, had to go online to book same room.

Room smelled heavily like weed when we first got there. Aired it out and it went away. Everything is what you would expect for a budget hotel/motel. Not the best beds or anything, but adequate for someone like me that doesn't really care. Quick and easy Uber ride to the airport.

Avoid this place. Lots of long stay residents acting as if they are in a private home. Screaming, banging, lots and lots of dogs barking all night long. Room was run down and poorly maintained, the property was old and not cared for at all. In a bad neighborhood as well. I got very little sleep because of all the dogs barking and people yelling and banging doors. Stay somewhere else.
