I was booking at the front desk online and I asked the lady on the the desk if I was booking the correct property and she said yes and then I booked it and then she goes. Oh, I’m sorry that’s not the right property after I had already paid for it and then I wound up having to pay twice. We’ll never stay there again.

Staff in the evening was okay. Didn’t interact too much. Wasn’t overly helpful, friendly. Didn’t inform us of wifi code or breakfast hours. We were on the road and got in late after spending 2 1/2 hours in traffic due to 95 being closed. There was no curtain on the window in the bedroom. Fortunately we were too tired to have the noise from the highest keep us up and I travel with an eye mask. I informed the morning front desk about the curtain in the room. He seemed a bit surprised, but unapologetic.

The pillows were square like throw pillows on the couch and they were very lumpy. There was no bedding in the room for the slipper sofa and I booked it for three and when I went down there to get some, she just grabbed some off a cart and gave it to me wasn’t even in a bag or anything.

Hotel was very clean, staff is very nice and accommodating, my room was very clean. But my bed and the pull out bed were extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. My king bed was very hard, and my daughter complained about feeling the mattress springs in the pull out, she slept on the couch as a regular couch. Other then that we did not have any issues with this hotel.

The jacuzzi was not clean we couldn’t use and the motor was going bad so it was extremely loud and obnoxious.. waisted the extra money for the room to include the jacuzzi.. booked the room for my girlfriends birthday so it was very disappointing!
