Bathtub surprises
Pool and fitness were closed which is one of the entire reasons we booked here, now they did upgrade us to a room that had a whirlpool tub to try to make up for it and that was an awesome gesture, however the jets did not work on tub and when turned on red feathers and fuzz came out…. I’m assuming a previous guest had some fun and it clogged up the jets while I’m sure this is an extremely rare occurrence trying to take a nice hot bath to then have feathers and fuzz all in your water was not pleasant and definitely ruined the experience of relaxation I was trying to have.

Excellent property, great location! Loved the convenience of everything within minutes. Nice rooms, very clean and ample space. Nice having a suite with lounging space with its own tv separate from the bedroom and tv as well. I appreciated having a microwave and mini fridge with mini bar area, great touch! Overall fantastic experience we will return!!

Not clean at all.
The bathroom had dirt on the floor and there was hair stuck all over the shower walls. I don't think the housekeeping is doing very good cleaning which can cause illness, plus it's disgusting.
