Let me start by saying the staff were amazing. You couldnt ask for more attentive service. The bacon at breakfast was the best Ive had at any hotel, and the rest of the breakfast was great! Bed is comfy and shower is spacious with descent water pressure on the 3rd floor. My complaint is the new parking charge. Absolutely ridiculous for the cost of the room and then to charge for parking. I will miss staying at this hotel, specifically because the parking charge added by the greedy cooperation. Hope your employees get a raise for dealing with increased complaints due to this because they are definitely receiving them...
