Bathtub would not drain and had black hairs all in it and in the commode. Paid for a room with a hot tub and when we arrived was told there were no rooms available with the hot tub and that we would not be getting refunded any amount

Our ac leaked all over are stuff and when i say leaked our stuff was soak and wet.my purse and some of our clothes .When i said something to them there answer was yes some of them do that.

I was actually shocked at how nice this ref roof was!!! Usually when you’re looking for a budget friendly place it’s always sketchy however this place was very clean and the room was very nice bed was so comfy only complaint I would give it is the cooling system makes a loud noise other then that it was wonderful and STAFF WAS FRIENDLY

I booked my stay through Expedia. I had an email with my reservation but the hotel didn’t have it in their system. The gentleman assisting me was SO helpful and kind! He had things cleared up in no time and gave me a free room upgrade for my trouble!!
