We had nothing but problems with housekeeping. They would never clean your room nothing worse than coming in after a long day of work 16 hours no clean room no clean towels and they conveniently didn’t have any downstairs.

The check-in was good. He was very friendly and when asked , gave good information about restaurant's in the area. I didn't like finding out there was a $100 deposit on my room that I may not get back for up to a week. I also didn't like the young man at check-out. It's treatment like this that is enough to cause people to not come back. I'll be coming this way on business in the future. And will look elsewhere, a place that appreciates my patronage. It does not matter how I made the reservation, just that I'm there to experience what you have to offer.
