Wonderful staff! The hotel had a funk about it, but was overall ok, especially for the price. The pool had a sign saying the county closed it, so that was sad for my kids and sketchy for the overall cleanliness of the place.

Hotel was ok - there was only 1 working elevator and when trying to get in with suitcases, housekeeping carts, and people, it wasn't fun. We arrived and had to wait 45 minutes until our room was ready (past check in time). Breakfast was ok - typical food. Easy to get to off the freeway, and close restaurants.

Very nice people at the front desk. Nicely maintained property. My room was large and quiet and very comfortable. Overall a great hotel. The area around it is not so great with an abandoned hotel across the street and a sketchy old neighborhood behind but you don't notice those while staying. One complaint: they played club type music very loudly in the lobby area which was not pleasant.

I booked because of the Hyatt name. Never again will I make that mistake. The location was in the ghetto - the hotel across the street was abandoned with chain link fencing around it. The Main Street was very sketch. As for the property - the hallway carpets were frayed and dirty. Out room had an oder to it like heavy perfume. It stuffed up my nose and was not pleasant. Just CLEAN the room and it would be fine. The shower took about 20 minutes to give Luke-warm water. The shower head barely trickled out any water. I could not wash my hair for fear I would not get it rinsed after trying to rinse soap off my body! No body lotion, etc. Come on, Hyatt, you can do better.

For the price, this was sufficient however they could update the rooms. Looks like a bunch of random furniture displayed. The room seemed like it was deep cleaned. There was a bad odor. The shower was not thoroughly cleaned and the overall appearance of the handy man wprk was not professionally done. I own rental properties so I have a keen eye for details in workmanship. The hotel was not bad, but it wasnt the greatest either. Location was sketchy as well.

One elevator worked the entire 6 days I was there and the one that did was iffy so we took the stairs to and from the 4th floor often. My room A/C didn’t function properly (set on 68 but actually temp 75) reported that issue several times but it still wasn’t repaired. One morning my daughter’s milk for her cereal had lumps in it(not sure if it was bad or ice chunks) and the juices tasted odd. The room size was good and the staff was friendly.

Good place to stay, if the elevators work!

The room was nice and clean, but getting to it was not easy. There are 2 elevators, and 1 was out of service and the other was slow. Guests were forced to wait 3-5 minutes both days of our stay.
