Only complaint is beds are very springy not soft and comfortable. The pillows are great though. It was nice to have a full bottle of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower.

Very Clean!

I chose this hotel based on other reviews and it did not disappoint. It was very clean, and beds were comfortable. I would like to have seen some healthy grab and go options. The choices were for the most part candy and chips with a few other random items thrown in and a couple chef salads. There is no room service and the menu on the website for the bar food does not apply to this hotel. Those things were disappointing, but I chose it for location and cleanliness. I would absolutely stay here again.

Impressively clean! However, beds were a bit uncomfortable for me and breakfast only had one choice of meat (Canadian bacon, I think it was) bacon would have been nice. Overall 7/10. Would I come back? No. Hope this helps!

Best hotel in North Charleston!

We have been staying at this hotel once a year for the past 5 years whenever we take our annual vacation to Charleston. The staff is always so pleasant, the place is always kept clean and you are constantly seeing people mopping, cleaning rooms and keeping the place tidy and fresh. The staff is very accommodating and makes you feel welcomed every time you are there. Extra bonus points to the staff for never making you feel like a bother whenever you need extra towels, toilet paper, etc… they always seem happy to help and get you whatever you need. I absolutely love this hotel. It’s in a cute little location with little shops and restaurants all around the area. 10/10 recommend!!!
