I liked the location of the property. I did not like that the rooms did not have a directory, pen or paper provided to use as I have utilized at other hotels.

Good place to stay for your budget
There were a few minor facilities issues with the room, nothing that required me to ask for a new room, but I felt warranted to take pictures quickly after check in to make sure a security deposit was received. Bed was very firm. Nearby airport was noticeable but not an issue for me to sleep, was walkable to the conference center and restaurants I was attending daily!

One for the books...Forever stamp.
I have stayed at multiple hotels throughout the country and have never experienced the service I received at this hotel. Everything from the location, to the amenities was outstanding but what truly took the cake was the staff. The front desk staff was terrific and the shuttle driver was aaaaa-mazing. Tony was beyond fabulous and he made the stay here at the hotel a reason to return. From the moment he picked my husband and I up from the airport he made the experience one for the books. He spoke not only about the amenities of the hotel, but the surrounding tourist and local attractions to suit the needs of just about anyone. He greeted you with a huge smile, genuine care and a persona that you could only hope would be duplicated in the service industry. Thank you, Holiday Inn Express. And Tony, thank you does not even begin to cover my gratitude for being you. You are a gem, one of a kind and you left a forever mark on my husband and I.
