We were up most of the night due to someone trying to get into our room multiple times. I had training the next morning for work so wasn’t ideal, after this my wife didn’t feel comfortable staying alone while I was at my training.

My bed sheets were not changed. There was body hair from the previous tenant all through out the bedding. It was Aabsolutley gross. The fronk desk person was able to put me in a new room thank God

We stayed for three days over Christmas . Our room was not cleaned once during our stay. I understand finding and keeping staff is difficult for everyone. The service industry has changed drastically in the last few years and not for the better. We will choose another place to stay for our next visit.
