I was not told that I would be charged $100 for a pet fee I assumed that it would be no more than $35 like most4-5-star hotels. I was very disappointed when I received my bill!! Had I been told maybe things would have been different maybe training your staff to let them know to inform your guests is something you could work on!! I have stayed at this hotel at least 3 times will not be back!!
