Biggest issue - have to run water for over 10 minutes or more to get some what warmish water for a shower and shower pressure super low. No matter what time of the day

The room was fine. The listing is incorrect about the free airport shuttle !! The hotel refused to pick us up even though we arrived during their normal check in hours. Their shuttle would only pickup airline crew members after 11:00pm. I selected this hotel specifically for the free shuttle. I’d like my $11 Lyft bill refunded please.

We booked two rooms. The rooms could have been much cleaner, one room the air conditioning stopped working in the early am hours and we woke up to no hot water in the shower. This was after waiting an hour and a half for a recommended pizza delivery.
