The villa is also just around the corner from the new Cougar Point Clubhouse, a great place to grab a meal or a drink overlooking the 18th green. The villa is also just a three minute walk from the Kiawah Conference Center.

This one bedroom second floor villa offers a cathedral ceiling in the main room. It includes a screened in porch overlooking a private lagoon. The villa sleeps four people with a King size bed and a sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa is best suited for children. The bathroom was recently renovated and has a walk in shower. The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen.

Kiawah Island offers the finest in golf, tennis, and natural beauty on the East Coast. Kiawah was rated the happiest seaside town for 2012 by Coastal Living magazine. Peaceful Beach Getaway

This is our second year staying at this location. We love Kiawah Island primarily for its serenity. There is not the usual hustle and bustle of a beach town in Kiawah and this property fits perfectly into the island. With a secluded lagoon behind the unit wildlife is sure to be found!
