Chapin is waiting for you at this private 1-bedroom cottage. This small 'glamping cabin' retreat features a comfy queen bed, heating, and AC. Enjoy the tranquility of this private phenomenal space, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring or just needing some reprieve from your drive (only 2 mins off I-26). Great location for commuting to VC Summer. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our cottage.

*Note 1: The bathroom is inside the main residence house (approximately 190' away) and is shared with other long-term (largely absent or unseen) guests. The listing is priced according to this fact.

*Note 2: WiFi is not provided in the main cabin, only the main house.

*Note 3: Property is equipped with 3 security cameras for your safety.

*Note 4: We are the best choice around for accommodating a big boat if you are trailing. Plenty of space to loop/turn around and oversized boat parking with power hookup. We even accommodated a 47' Cigarette boat recently.

The pictures are much better than what is actually there. “Cottage” is nothing more than a decorated garden shed. We got to the property after a 16 hr drive and found a place I wouldn’t let my dog stay in. “Cottage” had a bad smell that hit you as soon as you open the door. It is tucked behind a boat storage shed, and is over 100’ feet away from the detached house with the bathroom. We were sent out a “welcome letter” that states to remove shoes, and any cleaning needed after the stay would cost hundreds of dollars. As far as I am concerned this whole listing stinks as bad as the GARDEN SHED it self. Don’t fall for this deceptive listing.

Great place to stay for long trips. The cabin was very nice and furnished with pretty much everything you need. The host was very helpful with the check in process and always responded quickly if I had any questions about the property. 10/10 would recommend.

With the cabin being perfectly tucked the back of the property and the super comfortable bed I had some of the best sleep I have had in weeks. There are plenty of local restaurants near by and nice little coffee shop right around the corner( 5 min walk ). I had an issue with the mini fridge in the cabin. I spoke with Abel that morning and he replaced the by the time I returned from work. I definitely will stay here on my next visit.

The cottage was incredibly cozy. I looked forward to going back everyday on my vacation to relax. The hosts were very nice and courteous as well. For the price I was very happy and impressed with my stay and highly recommend to any future guests.

Was traveling thru the area and needed a place to stay short term. This little cottage exceeded all expectations ! Cute, clean and a great location . Host was very accommodating and gave recommendations for things to do in the area. Will return if I’m in the area again.
