Elegant cottage carefully furnished on two levels in an independent house with private garden near the owners' house located on a large plot (9000 m²). On the ground floor: living room with kitchen open to the living room. On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160, wc and shower room. Electric heating according to consumption. Sheets provided with beds made on arrival. Shops and services in St Georges de Mons at 8km. You can indulge in the pleasures of hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking on many marked paths and taste the joys of fishing on the banks of the Sioule and around the many ponds of Combrailles. The Sioule Gorges are classified Natura 2000 Zone for nature conservation and species protection. For swimming, the Fades lake (11km) with 3 equiped and watched beaches (July and August). You would be ideally situated to discover the Auvergne volcanoes, Vulcania (15km), Puy de Dôme and its panoramic train, the Lemptégy Volcano...
