It was fun being in the backroads of the old town. It was far enough away that there were no sounds, but still just a 2-minute walk to get to the waterfront. Not just the neighbors, but the whole town was extremely friend and they quickly guided me to the room. Of course, GPS also could have done that. The owners immediately responded to some minor queries from me, and I liked that.

For me better than a hotel as it felt more homely as it is an old converted house with all you could need including a cooker, a fridge and good wifi.I don't think there are any english speaking t.v. channels and it is in a quiet little alleyway. Also about 50 yards from a great restaurant and yet no noise due to alley twist and turns.

Trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen, war es sehr mühsam, die Adresse zu bekommen, wo der Schlüssel abgeholt werden musste (an anderer Adresse als Studio). Umgebung, Eingang: muffiger, dunkler, ungepflegter, Hinterhof. Abends und Nachts Lärm und Gestank einer Tavernenküche.

Great place to explore the old town

I place worth your money. I couldn't imagine staying elsewhere, if no separate bedrooms are needed. The studio was well equiped and the host trustworthy and friendly. The only cons were: - The bed would require a mattress topper, it was only the spring mattress - Because it's an old building and guite humid, letting clothes or towels dry cam be tricky - A washer / dryer would have been perfect for our family
