We had an amazing stay at the Samaria. The staff are extremely accommodating, kind and welcoming. They let us store our baggage upon early arrival and also let us check out later due to a late flight. We use the 15 Euro per day parking valet which we found very easy as well. It’s also on a short (about 8 min walk) to old town and the lighthouse waterfront of Chania. Also the breakfast included in our stay was delicious with lots of options. I would stay again!

On arrival the reception staff were very helpful, explaining all we needed to know. We asked for a few extra bits in the room and help with the aircon and nothing was any problem they dealt with it all and very quickly. Everywhere seemed very clean. The staff at breaks were very polite and helpful and also made time to talk to people. Even down to when last day leaving we went to collect our bag/case and was told "we have showers if you wish yo get changed into different clothes for your flight " which we have never been offered before in hotels.

I highly recommend this hotel! Service is exemplary and it has a wonderful,large breakfast buffet. Convenient and close walking distance to markets, restaurants, and Old Town!

Buffet breakfast very good and we even got a breakfast to go for an early flight. Easily walkable into the Old Town for lots of good Restaurants, shopping. Staff very helpful. Nice to have a pool to cool off. Would recommend as good central location.

Good morning, my room we nice and clean but I had issues with my shower, no hot water all 2 nights, low water pressure. WIFI was very weak the WIFI in my didn't work at all. over all good hotel but they need to do some upgrades.

George the the bellhop was extremely helpful , friendly, and gave us some recommendations on our route to see a few of the closest beaches. The hotels in a great location close to the port with plenty of really good food. Options parking was very convenient and breakfast was really delicious. Would stay again.

Elegant stay with perfect location

Wonderful location and incredible breakfast. It’s right at the city center so you can walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, and the port! Some tours will pick up directly from the hotel and they are willing to help you book a tour if needed. The staff is friendly and helpful, ready to serve. They provided a welcome gift during our stay. The breakfast is divine with many food options
