Dear Penny, as it mentioned to our webpage there is no elevator, it is a historical building so this is not possible to have one. It is very easy to find, we are on the Google maps, and if you ask I always give directions to make your arrival easier. All the historical center is pedestrian area so everyone has to roll the lagguge to the hotels. So sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay , maybe the small boutique hotels is not your style after all!
