Very warm welcome upon arrival. Helpful, friendly staff. Studio room was large, clean and well equipped. Complementary tea, coffee, sugar and a large bottle of water in fridge waiting for us. Bathroom was clean and tidy, with soap, toilet roll and shampoo. Kitchen had all the items for a self catering stay and included dish saop and sponge too.Pool and gardens were immaculate. Balcony was a little small but enough for the 2 of us. Very relaxed stay, would definitely book again and happily recommend to others. 2 minutes walk to Lidl for shopping and a further 10 minutes to a choice of 3 or 4 beaches/ bays. A few minutes walk to the bus stop to head into Chania, buy tickets at the stop by BMW garage its cheaper and quicker, 1 ticket per person per journey.
