Skønt central beliggende mindre byhus
Meget funktionel moderne lille byhus, der ligger super centralt i Chania i en hyggelig og stille gade bag havnen. Også meget roligt om natten. Huset har et opholdsrum inkl køkken og 2 soveværelser og 2 badeværelser, og fremstår rent og vel vedligeholdt i fine materialer, og med meget funktionelt køkken. Der er basale krydderier, olier mm. ligesom vi blev budt velkommen med lidt indkøbt frugt, toastbrød, smør og vin. Der er 3 udearealer. En lille plads foran huset. Ikke så ugeneret fra vejen men hyggelig og skyggefuld om dagen, og gaden er heller ikke meget befærdet. På bagsiden af huset, hvor der er sol det meste af dagen, og som vender ud mod mod en arkæologisk plads uden bebyggelse, er der dels en smal balkon med plads til 3 personer og et lille cafebord samt en terasse beliggende i kælderniveau med et spisebord og muret bænk. Savnede lidt at denne terasse var mere møbleret med stole, hynder til bænken, solskærm og måske lidt planter, da den ellers fremstår lidt kælderagtigt ,og det er lidt omstændeligt at flytte stole op og ned ad trappen. Vi havde stor glæde af den lille parkeringsplads ved huset. Et must hvis man har lejet bil i Chania. Være opmærksom på ikke at parkere i gaderne omkring huset, da det kun er for fastboende og flere biler fik parkeringsbøder samt klippet deres nummerplader af betjente, der går rundt dagligt.
George og Pavlos er meget hjælpsomme værter og hurtige at komme i kontakt med. Kan kun anbefale stedet.
