Central mais très bruyant (Hammam Suites I)

Personne à l’accueil, la femme de ménage nous passe le patron au téléphone. Changement d’appart (HS II vers HS I), en plein centre ville certes, mais au rdc sur rue, donc extrêmement bruyant. Appartement joli mais sans plus. Un frigidaire, une bouilloire et un petit flacon de Raki. Le parking municipal gratuit est assez loin

J'ai réservé la veille pour une nuit le 16 mai 2019. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent à cette date. La chambre se trouvait dans une petite ruelle pittoresque du centre du vieux La Canée. J'ai été surpris car ce n'était pas exactement le lieu réservé, mais quelqu'un m'a accompagné à pied à partir du lieu initial. 5 minutes de marche à peine, c'est OK bien sûr. Bien que indiqué nulle part que la chambre se trouve ailleurs. Chambre très très jolie, très propre et entièrement rénovée, j'en étais très heureux. Bien que le matelas était d'un confort médiocre. Le gros point noir: le manager de l'hôtel m'appelle le 17 au matin, j'étais déjà loin car parti en randonnée. Il m'explique qu'il y a un problème avec le paiement, il me dit clairement: "j'ai un problème avec mon tpe, je peux pas débiter la carte". Pour être sur d'avoir bien compris je reformule et il me confirme que le problème vient de sa machine. Je lui dis de ne pas s'en faire, que je reviens à La Canée le 20 et qu'on pourra se rencontrer pour que je règle. Bref ! Le 20 je l'appelle moi même, nous convenons de nous retrouver à tel endroit, on se retrouve 5 minutes après. Le gars me dit: "alors tu est parti sans payer".............. Sérieusement ! Je passe les détails. Incroyable. Au final: attention ! Chambre parfaite en mai 2019, mais service vraiment limité et pas du tout pro. La prestation n'évoluera pas dans le bon sens c'est sur je suis moi même hôtelier.
