Cute hotel in Old Town Chania

Lovely little hotel in the centre of old town Chania. Close to lots of restaurants and the marina. Staff were very friendly! Highly recommend

This was a lovely hotel in the center part of Chania, with great restaurants and shops nearby. It's a quick walk to the port area surrounding neighborhoods. The hotel itself has about 2-3 floors and is kept clean and well managed. It had stairs when we were there, so if you require an elevator, see if you can stay on lower floors. It also had a cute roof and perfect to sit and enjoy the peaceful sunset :) In the room, the bed was comfy and so was the shower. The balcony was lovely too. The windows did an amazing job blocking out any noise from outside. We appreciated the little details thoughtfulness. Overall, a great stay and would recommend!

Very defensive and didn’t handle issues appropriately or in a manner to cater to paying customers concerns. Not polite and quite rude. Would not stay here again. Cleanliness was great once brought up and then it faded off as the days wore on.

Comfortable stay

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great and central location, but as the hotel is in a back street, it was nice and quiet. The walls were a little thin and we could hear the neighbours through the walls, but this wasn’t a huge problem. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Would come here again:)

Such a pretty room and cute balcony! The absolute best and nicest receptionist and cleaner I have ever met at a hotel! It was totally quiet between the rooms, modern and pretty, close to everything, and felt very safe. Practical check-in/-out. Cute roof terrace too! Cleaning was SO good and it was always sooo clean. Will definitely recommend, and stay here again!!
