Attractions and Hotels Near Changyu

After partying in Changyu, schedule a little time to discover more of the South Gyeongsang area. South Gyeongsang boasts coastal plains and forests, along with common South Gyeongsang tourist attractions like the ruins, traditional villages and old towns. In this region of South Korea, visitors might try mountain climbing, hiking and shore fishing.

The close by localities of Tudomi and Maerak-tong are worth exploring. Tudomi is 50 kilometres to the southeast of Changyu, while Maerak-tong is 50 kilometres to the southeast. Hotels in Tudomi include the Pullman Ambassador Changwon and ChangWon Hotel. The Hotel International and Highfere Hotel are some of the choices in Maerak-tong.

Get your sporting fix by making a trip to Changwon Civil Stadium, which is situated to the southeast of Changyu. Those wishing to stay nearby can choose from the Hotel Avenue and the EG Residence.

We were on a cycling trip and this was our first stay in a motel. The staff were helpful and explained how things worked. It had everything we needed for a one-night stay including a basic but quite adequate breakfast. There is a good restaurant 100m from the motel. No reason not to stay here if you are passing through.
