The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Chandolas, this charming air-conditioned house, former silkworm nursery, of a surface of 125 m ² and being able to accomodate until 10 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 35 m² (with fireplace), an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, an independent studio, three bathrooms with shower and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 200 m².

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron and cot.
Exterior : - A beautiful garden of 1,200 m² facing south with lots of vegetation offering a large shaded area - A terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days - A private pool equipped with a bubble cover for natural heating if required, and an access ladder. The pool is open from June 1 to October 1 (opening date non-contractual).
