The chalet has a garage, private parking as well as a magnificent terrace and a large garden with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. It occupies a central position in relation to the various ski areas of the Chamonix Mont Blanc resort.

This brand new chalet offers all modern comfort in a cozy and warm atmosphere.

The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hobs, XL dishwasher, classic oven, microwave, coffee machine, etc.

All rooms have high-end bedding and can accommodate 11 people.
The 4 private bedrooms are spacious and a large mezzanine with 3 beds acts as the 5th bedroom.

- White room: double bed (1m60) with private bath and shower
- Vintage room: double bed (1m60) with private walk-in shower
- Flégère room: double bed (1m60)
- Galipette room: 2 single beds (90cm) convertible into a large bed (1m80)
- Large mezzanine with 1 double bed (1m60) and a single bed (90cm)

Upstairs of the Galipette and Flégère rooms is a large bathroom with walk-in shower.
Beds will be made upon arrival and towels will be provided for maximum comfort.

In winter, you can decorate your evenings around a pleasant open fire.
For your summer evenings, a large barbecue is at your disposal. A large screen TV and a wifi connection will also enhance your stay. You can also use a washing machine and a dryer in the laundry area for your comfort.

You will also have access to the chalet's garage with storage space for skis, shoes, bikes, sleds, ...
