## Space

The apartment has been renovated in December 2022. Ideally located, a short walk from the Brévent cable car and a short walk from the center of Chamonix, giving direct access to skiing, hiking and shopping.

This one bedroom apartment is clean, spacious and very bright. It can accommodate up to 4 people.

The accommodation has a large balcony and can be accessed from the master bedroom and the living room. The view is exceptional and overlooks Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi;
The apartment also has a family bathroom with bath and shower, as well as a separate toilet.

The new American kitchen is well equipped with an oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, 4 hotplates and a kettle. You also have free access to the private parking of the residence as well as WIFI access.

A 300 euros damage deposit link will be sent to you via Swikly 14 days prior to arrival.

VIEW AND LOCATIONS WAS EXCEPTIONAL. I offered to pay additional for early arrival after a 14 hour voyage. no one was in the rental and clearly prepping is not extensive. no one available on site for assistance at property. all four buildings are identical no one answered our many phone calls. unit is so tiny tight space with large doors everywhere. the water closet is less than 38" wide barely fits the toilet. location was perfect for us next to lift for Brevent however quite an up hillwalk from town. I have two ski home rental properties so when I have a suggestion it is from experience on both sides. ALL bedding needs to be updated immediately. as well as the filthy broken dorm room couch and cot used a a mattress. would you want to sit on that couch? How can anyone enjoy the stay with NO paper products? not a tissue, paper towel nothing we had to buy toilet paper, your welcome. No coffee no sugar no bath soap welcome again we purchased that as well . may want to mention silverware is in the living room very strange. the place is functional but not welcoming by any means. we left Thursday and went to a hotel I am sure you can confirm our early departure.
