Charming villa with summer-heated pool in the heart of the Kings' Valley

This elegant and spacious Touraine house welcomes you in the heart of Touraine and its castles. With an area of 200m2 and a living / dining room of 70m2, this house offers you a very comfortable living space. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the equipment you will need. The house has 4 bedrooms with very neat decoration: The first bedroom is a suite with a 160cm bed overlooking the pool. a second bedroom with a 140cm bed, a third bedroom with a 120cm bed and a fourth bedroom also with a 120cm bed. The private swimming pool is heated (in summer). You have a large terrace with patio and a relaxation area with large outdoor sofas. The garden is fully enclosed with a small ornamental pond.
A little haven of peace and paradise. 2 shaded tennis courts in the condominium with 2 adult rackets and 2 children's rackets available.
Something to stretch your legs and find calm and serenity after discovering our magnificent valley of kings and its sumptuous and historic castles: Chenonceaux-Villandry-Amboise-Chambord, but also the legendary Place Plumereau in Tours. The gastronomy and wines of the Loire will also surprise you with their finesse and character.

Excellent property

Property was easy to find, the owner was out of town but called me before the stay and during to make sure everything was ok. The friends with whom they left the keys lived just around the corner, they were really helpful and easy to get in touch with. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the kitchen is really nice and well equipped. The shower is very good too. Good outdoor space with plenty of seating and the pool is well maintained. I would recommend this property.

Un séjour à Chambray

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cette maison spacieuse et accueillante. Le jardin, la piscine, le salon de jardin, tout est fait pour se sentir bien. Tours et les Châteaux de la Loire sont tout à côté. Les grandes surfaces pour les courses également. C est l idéal en famille ou entre amis

Very comfortable stay in clean and well equipped house

We had a very comfortable stay in this luxurious house which is well equipped and has a fantastic pool. The kids (3) had each a nice room and the living area is extensive. Tennis court in the neighborhood and supermarket and bakery at walking distance. Tours as a city and the region are beautiful. Many thanks to the owners!

Un peu cher pour les prestations

La maison est très propre et la conciergerie très agréable, mais le prix de la nuit est un peu surévalué par rapport aux prestations de la maison. De très beaux extérieurs et une magnifique piscine la dessus rien à redire ! Une décoration soignée et des chambres agréables, mais quelques désagréments viennent entacher ce jolie cadre. Je m’explique , l’électricité n’est pas aux normes ce qui entraîne des pannes électriques dans certaines pièces. Durant deux jours nous n’avions plus de lumière sur une partie des extérieurs et dans une chambre avec la salle de bain attenante. Nous avons vérifié le disjoncteur et rien n’était descendu. En effet, il y a un deuxième disjoncteur dans une pièce fermée à laquelle nous n’avons pas accès. Il a donc fallu appelé la conciergerie pour régler le problème. La lumière du plafonnier de la cuisine s’allume et s’éteint à sa guise. Et pour finir un four hors état de marche , alors que l’annonce vend une cuisine parfaitement équipée… Le dernier jour idem, plus d’électricité mais tant pis nous avons fait sans pour la soirée. Nous avons donc un avis contrasté sur cette maison qui pourrait répondre à toutes les attentes mais certainement pas à ce prix là tant que les travaux électriques et le remplacement du four n’aura pas au lieux.
