Hotel El Cisne Internacional: Pet-friendly hotel with free breakfast and free WiFi.
Good breakfast, clean room, etc., but what really made this hotel great was the staff, especially the manager Bryan, who went out of his way to help us. So nice. Our room was noisy and didn't have good wifi but I still give it 5/5 stars because everything else was great.
