The gentlemen at the front counter was nice and helpful when we checked in, room was clean, breakfast was decent. The only compliment comes from the pool area where we were watching our kids swim made our eyes burn.

heater was broke in room, staff moved us to other room with jot as nice shower. when we fillid our jacuzzi tub up there was worms floating from oata drain. when asked about a slight refund for the hassele was told they couldnt do anything because we used a second party sight.

Provided a clean and quiet space for a much needed rest. Great biscuits and gravy for breakfast. I will stay here again as I frequent the Mayo Clinic in Rochester and is in a good location to stop.
