l'accueil, la disponibilité, la propreté, le contact humain et le cadre étaient au top par contre dès que l'on sort du centre d'hébergement et que l'on se rend en ville, on ressent de l'insécurité en centre ville.

Vous résiderez dans une résidence sénior qui vient d'avoir deux ans. Située à un kilomètre du centre ville. Parking sur place. Les studios ou petits appartements sont biens équipés mais pas climatisés (Nous avons eu un peu chaud, comme beaucoup de monde).

Établissement très confortable à l'exception de : ▪︎ la chaleur dans la chambre (volets restés ouverts avec un soleil qui chauffe beaucoup) ▪︎ de l'ascenseur qui émet vocalement les ouvertures et fermetures des portes de jour comme de nuit... Autrement tout est bien.

Il s'agit d'une résidence seniors disposant de studios, F2 et F3. Le descriptif correspond à la réalité. Elle est ouverte depuis moins de deux ans. Le personnel est très compétent et aimable. L'établissement dispose d'un parking. Sa localisation vous permet de vois rendre à pied au centre-ville.

Innovative Idee: Altersresidenz mit Hotelzimmervermietung. Sehr modernes und stilvolles Zimmer mit Küche und WC/Dusche. Das Zentrum war doch etwas weiter weg als gedacht, aber guter Spaziergang.
