The customer service was excellent. The hotel is getting a little tired. The room was small but comfortable but we only had one hand towel for 2 of us, no wash clothes and no hand soap at the bathroom sink. They were very accommodating with us having a 6pm checkout which we did pay an additional fee for. The hotel is in an excellent location at the airport.

The rooms were okay, some of the furniture were dirty specially the chairs. The price of the second night staying were 45 dollars higher withing one week from the first night for no apparent reason, is not even high season.Makes me wonder if I should look other options for my next trip to Mexico City.
