I always stay at this establishment when I am called for work in the area of the airport. My one compliant is that everytime I book a room it's always more expensive than the time before. At this rate I may unfortunately be forced to look elsewhere 😓.

The reception staff person was rude. As well, it was unclear from the emails versus what the staff person said whether or not breakfast was included. The staff person said we were not entitled for breakfast. In addition, we ate at the bar - the food was terrible. If it wasn't so late, we would have left. The hamburger ordered was not cooked inside, despite requesting well done. And, the margarita pizza was barely cooked, and tasteless. After discussions with the staff, we were still charged the full amount of the meal - which was outrageous even for an airport hotel. Will never stay here again.
