Value for money

Needed a night on the way from Bremen to Lyon airport and looked for something for an affordable price. Came after reception was closed and got a very clear and easy understandable instruction for how to enter the parking lot and how to get the key - in addition, the hotel called to ensure that we had received the instructions and offered their help in perfect English language. The hotel is a little worn and the room and bathroom small, but very clean and the bed comfortable. Very good value for money!

How to do a hotel badly.

Very disappointed to find no lift in Hotel, we both have mobility issues, which made us basically room bound, as we were on 2nd floor. room was very poorly maintained, painted wall were very poorly done, by amateurs by the looks of it. Electrical wires were not secure to the wall in stairwell. paper cups for Tea and Coffee were so flimsy, and small, when hot they basically went vet soft, and were dangerous to handle. Avoid this place like the plague.

Nous avons été hyper étonnés par l’absence d’ascenseur dans cet hôtel. Ce n’est pas clairement indiqué sur la page de celui-ci, il faut presque lire entre les lignes pour finalement comprendre qu’effectivement il n’y en a pas… Les chambres sont par ailleurs correctes, sans plus. Tout est très vétuste, moyennement bien entretenu (rideau cassé dans une des chambres) et pas super propre. Heureusement que le passage dans cet hôtel n’a duré qu’une seule nuit.

chambre minuscule, prise de la table de nuit qui ne fonctionne pas, miroir salle de bain taché, des prises dans le mur mal scellées (inadmissible), peinture refaite à la va vite, chaines manquantes sur la télé....la liste est longue. On a été logés dans une chambre pour handicapé et la barre d appui des toilette était rouillée (!!!). Ajouté à cela un ronronnement incessant du certainement à une clim extérieure ou une pompe à chaleur. Vu le prix de la chambre, on s'attend à beaucoup mieux.

J’ai réservé et été facturé pour une chambre avec lit double (2 personnes). Or, l’hôtel ne dispose pas de véritable lit double (minimum 140 cm). La solution proposée consiste à rapprocher deux lits simples pour en faire un seul, ce qui ne correspond pas à la prestation vendue. De plus, il n’y avait pas de drap-housse, seulement un drap plat trop court pour couvrir l’ensemble des deux lits, ce qui rend le couchage inconfortable et inadapté. J’ai signalé ce problème une première fois le 23 décembre à la réception. Il m’a été répondu que l’information serait « remontée ». Pourtant, lors de mon retour le 26 décembre, même chambre, même configuration, même problème, sans aucune prise en compte de ma remarque précédente. Cette situation ne correspond pas à la formule réservée ni au tarif appliqué. Dommage, car le manque de transparence et l’absence de suivi client nuisent clairement à l’expérience.
