The property itself was very clean, room was very clean, I absolutely love the water temperature and pressure, you don’t always get both at a hotel. However, the flies are outrageously too much, everywhere I went I was fighting flies, even in my room. Went to breakfast I was fighting flies, check in, they were literally everywhere, I don’t understand why because it’s definitely a clean hotel. Also, there’s way way way too much chlorine in the jacuzzi and pool, my eyes were burning for hours, I could taste the chlorine when I ate due to it lingering in my hands, it also changed the color of my swim suit

We had to change rooms due to issues immediately after checking in because of issues with a broken toilet that wouldn’t flush, and then we had to get maintenance sent to the new room after the toilet stopped flushing after the second time. Both toilet and tub had extensive mildew spots. The heating and cooling in the room was very temperamental — either way too cold or warm. The cleanliness and the property overall were okay. Location was good.

We loved this property and all it had to offer! The rooms were spacious and so comfortable! The only suggestions I might make would be a little more room for guests in the "breakfast dining area" (it was so full, we opted to eat outside the hotel) and perhaps some vending machines on the floors, to avoid the inconvenience of having to go all the way to the lobby to obtain snacks, etc.. Other than those small ideas, our stay was wonderful! Thank you so much! We will choose your Springhill Suites by Marriott again!

We stayed here three days. Breakfast was by far our favorite. pool was really nice. Staff was pretty friendly. Our room was not stocked with enough linen's and when I called down to the front desk, they asked me to come down and get the supplies even though they had two people there. Our sink continually clogged and filled up. Shower pressure was inconsistent at times. Pillow were really pretty crumby but the beds were comfortable. They had laundry but it took a long time to dry. Overall, our stay was pretty good. Would stay here again.

It could have been a little cleaner. There were hairs in the tub, but shoot, they could’ve come from the housekeeper.😉 There was a Little League group there, and although they were very well behaved, breakfast was crowded and not stocked very well.
